The side events enrich the programme of Acetaie Aperte 2026, offering new opportunities to discover the world of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP and Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, as well as the local area, through experiences designed for visitors of all ages.
SupermerKaos
From 18 to 27 September 2026, visitors will be able to explore “SupermerKaos – From chaos to awareness: labels between information and confusion”, an interactive workshop designed to help participants navigate supermarket shelves and identify Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP.
Open to everyone, this experience offers an opportunity to learn how to read labels correctly and make more informed and conscious purchasing decisions. The initiative is part of the official Festivalfilosofia programme.
